the bearings:: Zirconia Series: A new material suitable for applications where high loads, high speeds and extreme temperatures are factors. Long life and the need for minimum lubrication makes this material perfect for harsh conditions. Zirconia is anti magnetic, and inpurvious to any solvents and most chemicals. Maximum useful temperature is 2552°F.
Carbontec use Zirconia..., because of the properties the balls needs less lubrication than steel, infact we use NO LUBRICATION..
